relation to establishing foothold in new market

Warm up, en guarde and
footwork drills with partner

Fencing starts - initial skills, drills and first bouts

Refreshments break

Skills, drills and bouts part 2: "pursuing your goal"

Team games e.g. "gladiator" (each person taking
turns to nominate one of their team for next bout in central ring)
11:00 am
Free fencing - time to challenge a colleague

Short debrief by team leader,
referring back to day's theme
