At Balestra our passion for sword fencing is absolute. We are fencers and will remain fencers until we are too old to stand upright (and even then we will probably fight from our wheelchairs with our walking sticks).

From our experience of introducing sword fencing to over 1,000 people - and counting - we have no doubt that it provides a great list of benefits for the individual, whether they are a member of your staff team, a valuable client or a member of the public.
